MidCity submitted a Stage 2 PUD application for the first two buildings in Phase 1 of the RIA redevelopment in September 2016. On November 14, 2016, the DC Zoning Commission set-down the application with a 4-0 vote and a public hearing date has been set for February 23, 2017. MidCity expect that the Zoning Commission will render its decision in Summer 2017 and encourage expressions of support to the Zoning Commission by following instructions on the following web site: http://dcoz.dc.gov/zc/testimony.shtm
